Gov. Snyder and the Michigan legislature created the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act in 2016. The program will license cannabis cultivators, processors, testing facilities, transportation companies and distribution centers. During 2017 the Adminstrative Rules are being crafted and licensine accpliactions will be accepted in just a few months!
